A great trekking around the "Queen of the Alps", Monte Rosa, walking at the footsteps of the most famous: Matterhorn. Zermatt and Saas Fee in Switzerland and Alagna, Macugnaga, Ayas and Gressoney in Italy are some of the villages you'll cross.
Six days of walk, to admire one of the biggest concentration of summits over 4000 meters but also to know the beautyful valleys around them
Our proposal:
We organize the Tour Monte Rosa - Matterhorn in six days, using a cable car and a minibus from Saas Fee to Zermatt.
Confortable mountain huts and small typical hotels will make unforgetable this adventure. To discover together all the faces of these wonderful Alps.

PROGRAMME
Saturday August 7th : meeting at Milan Malpensa airport and transfer to Alagna Valsesia. Accomodation in the hotel.
Sunday August 8th: first day of trekking, from Alagna to Macugnaga trough the higest natural park in the Alps. 7 h 30'. 1250 m up, 1550 m down. |

Monday August 9th: cable car up from Macugnaga to Monte Moro pass, then walking down in the Saas valley and a little up to the beautyful village of Saas Fee. Tranfer by minibus to Zermatt, at the footsteps of Matterhorn. 6 h. 150 m up, 1200 m down |

Tuesday August 10th: up till the glacier and then across it, till Teoudul pass mountain hut, the highest point of the trekking. 6 h 30'. 1700 m up.

Wednesday August 11th : trough the Cime Bianche pass we'll walk down in the Ayas valley to the very small village of Resy. 7 h. 400 m up, 1600 m down
Thursday August 12th: we'll cross the Bettaforca pass to reach the Gressoney valley. Then up to the Gabiet lake and mountauìin hut. 7 h. 1050 m up, 850 m down. |

Friday August 13th: we close the circle! It's the last day of the trekking and we arrive back to Alagna Valsesia crossing the wild Zube pass. 6 h. 500 m up, 1700 m down.
Saturday August 14th: in the morning transfer from Alagna to Milan Malpensa Airport.
